Refund policy

We hope you love “your edit” of The Studio Edit —but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You can request a return or exchange for eligible items up to 30 days from the day you receive your goods. 

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• Returns must include original packaging (if applicable)

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds

• Ensure your order number is referenced in the processing of your return.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Please use our dedicated self-serve returns portal to notify us of your wish to return an item within this 30 day period.  If the return is accepted, we will cover the cost of the return and send you a pre-paid returns label.

Please note - the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You then have a further 14 days from the date that you requested the return, to return the item.  Please return the item in its original packaging with all labels intact.  We recommend you get Proof of Postage. 

You should receive your refund of the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to receive the goods if applicable, within 14 days of the date you have returned the goods.

You will not get special delivery charges refunded if paid and the goods arrived on time, however if the goods did not arrive on time then yes this will be refunded if paid for. 

If your issue is with a faulty product, or if the item you received doesn't match the description given at the point of purchase, you will, of course, not need to pay for the return postage of the item.

Final sale items and promotions are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Please click on the Customer Account link below and follow instructions to log into your account and “Request Return” to initiate your self serve return.

1.   Once signed in, click "Request return" for the order you want to return (only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible)

1. If the order has multiple items, please select which items you want to return

2. Please select a return reason from the options

3. Click "Request return" to submit

4. We will then receive the return request and will either approve or decline it

5. If approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label

6. After the product is returned, you will receive your refund
